What is it that makes food such as pizza and pasta (italian food) so high in calories and unhealthy?
Is it the pasta/bread ie carbohydrate based foods themselves or is it the sauces. I am a vegetarian so always have vegetable versions but even for example a veggie lasagna is about 672 calories? what is it about italian food that makes it so high in calories?
